JLPL were appointed as Employers Agent for the construction of 5no. industrial units totalling 13no. individual units for sale and rent.
The site is an extension to an existing commercial area which required careful planning of deliveries to site so as not to disrupt the flow of traffic to the neighbouring units and retail store.
Works were completed in September 2020 with all units occupied.
