We were appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the construction of this new build Church on the site of the existing Dunchurch Baptist Church. Following our initial cost advice on the scheme tenders were sought from a select list of tenderers with tender documents consisting of a full Bill of Quantities for the complete scheme which we undertook.
Due to the funding restrictions the contract was left for the shell only with the Client then using the Bill to appoint contractors direct to complete the works.
