John Lester Partnership Ltd are appointed to undertake the role of Quantity Surveyor for the scheme.
The scheme comprises the demolition of areas of the existing building to form extensions and includes the refurbishment of other areas of the Church building.
We have produced detailed budget costings for the whole scheme to inform the client of the overall cost and to support funding processes where required.
The scheme will be let using a traditional form of contract with Bill’s of Quantities produced by ourselves.
